can you take into consideration some changes on Gyarados? It seemed to be great pokemons but nowadays is a bit bad comparing to rest. I'd like to suggest changing once more Aeroblast formula for Rain Dance formula. Right now it deals DMG from 3 diffrent types and not everytime so I think it won't be too much with changing its formula (ofc depends of tests and still will be random), but anyhow would be playable maybe. Also if it would be accepted then would like to suggest changing cd of Tsunami to 25/30 sec and Water Spout to 20 sec.
If you don't like the idea or something other what would be much better than that one, do it by your own but any change would be good imo for it. Thanks!
