Passive -> Poison Jab

m2 - Frustration
m3 - Dragon Blast
m4 - Feint
m5 - Claging Scales
m6 - Dragon Rage
m7 - Twister
m8 - Counter -> Protect
m9 - Dragon Cry
m10 - Rain Dance

Add passive to Goodra and change Counter for Protection, all ok with Bulbapedia.I prefer this one

Add passive to Goodra and change Claging Scales for Dragon Fury.So Goodra will have better Stun and can learn Claging Scales in TMs too.

Motivated by the new Achievment to up Goodra 130. I think it deserves a little change(add passive + 1 move) to be a better pokemon for PVP and PVE.
