Feature Idea: Seasonal & Event Pokémon Spawning from "fishing" mechancis

Hi folks!
I'll present an idea that's going around and I'll try to put it in place for discussion.

This can be an update from the already existing Seasonal Shiny Pokemon system, by using existing mechanics such as
- Fishing System
- Lead Pickaxe
- Ice mining
- Bug hunting
- Lava fishing
- Magnetic Detector

This update will allow players to encounter unique Pokémon, during specific time-limited events or seasonal rotations (aligned with what's already happening with the Seasonal Shiny Pokemon system). Once the season or event ends, these Pokémon are removed from the spawn pool until their next rotation.
The mechanic could also require the player to be in a party and the party members must be at close range, to promote team-play.

Seasonal Pokémon would have a lower spawn rates than pokemon that already spawn with the tools (to maintain rarity).
A new item (boost) could be added to the Premium store (or Pass, or Donation) to increase the chance of spawning seasonal or shiny Pokémon.

Some of the seasonal Pokemon can be transferred to this update, or pokemon from past donation events can be included, for example:

These will also promote the acquisition of the tools as "meta" items.
