Escadrill/Shiny Excadrill

excadrill abilities sand force and sand rush, Its ability forces you to put sandstorm on it but you are left without an extra earth move, they could change rock tomb for sandstorm.

Passive - Smart Strike
m1 - Metal Claw
m2 - Drill Run
m3 - Gear Up
m4 - Thousand Arrows
m5 - Metalic Noise
m6 - Metal Sound
m7 - Protection
m8 - Schorling Sands
m9 - Rock Tomb -> Sandstorm
m10 - Earthquake

Better AOE to use with his ability.

Better AOE to use with his ability(m9). A same type stun(m5). A better AOE move(m10)

Excadrill is pretty good right now, but removing Rock Tomb and adding Sandstorm makes 100% sense.

If the ability is SAND FORCE or SAND RUSH, it would allow the abilities' bonus. The Moveset would be perfect this way.
If the ability is MOLD BREAKER, the move Sandstorm will not bother.

HOWEVER:

if you want to force the player to add TM (to increase the 10% damage bonus or 25% speed - both during sandstorm), why not remove move rock tomb from its moveset? Replace Rock Tomb for any other steel/ground area move. (earthquake, meteor mash, fissure, steelsurge or whatever that makes sense). This way you would choose a better TM to its ability - avoiding 100% rock types moves on Excadrill IF you prefer.

Considering that Duststorm is the ground version of Sandstorm MOVE/TM.
Sandstorm MOVE/TM should be removed on Excadrill, shouldn't it?

Cause now you have 2 moves with sandstorm bonus - the ground and rock type. (Am I wrong?)
