Chloroblast - Cloned/Hisuian Electrode

Big Root (Held Item) doesn't work with Chloroblast - Cloned/Hisuian Electrode, no bonus is applied.

Besides The heal is always the same amount, (2.5k-tick x2) even if its used on lvl 80 or lvl 130. Don't know if its mean to work like that. (Healarea doesn't)

It seems they did something quickly, that the pokemon is poorly done, that should be improved, to be an "exclusive - donate" pokemon, a normal/cloned electrode is better than this

I really like the moveset, only "Secret Power" has nonsense for me (It's really useless, even selfdestruct have a chance to do something great). A grass type attack would be better in my opinion.
