examples:
- if you already paid your rent and lose premium status and there is a server restart you will lose it.
- That house you be owned for years (and shouldn't) with a free account will be released if you don't renew your premium status.

AFTER RESTART:
- New small grass spawn mostly with sunfloras, bellossoms and tangelas was added on Kanto, it's far from continent but has a shortcut in the middle of the way. It is suitable for lower levels that are being contantly ksed during rapid shiny spawns on other places with sunfloras.

- Bug Spawn, for now level is 255 if I remember well, it may change. You can find it on johto.

- Steel spawn suitable for 265+ located on Kanto. Required level may change.

- New Alolan Water Complex along with chest-quest for TM Case, that can be reached with submarine (reward for summer tokens). It is unavailable for now, because one of sprites used there (it's not used just once but a lot) has bad attributes which cause visual bug that makes this place un-expable right now. We'll allow you to enter in weekend I guess. Fix requires client update, but we don't want to do it just for one item. Spriter will deliver me some stuff for profession and for halloween, so weekend must be it. It also means rewards will be available then.

More to come this month yet (for sure dark and normal, will see what else).
