Bugged TM

Recently, after I bought a Togekiss on the market, I give it TM208 Twinkle Star and received the confirmation message 'Congratulations! Your Togekiss learned Twinkle Star!' and my Pokeball becomes:
'00:40 You see discharged Pokeball.
Togekiss [110][F]
Ability: Super Luck
TM: Twinkle Star
Position: {x = 5059, y = 3533, z = 7}.'
However, when I tried to use the TM, it didn't work, and there wasn't any message about it. It just doesn't work.
I hope to receive support ASAP this is really a bad situation for me .

I tested in test room so TM in pokemon work. Anyway wait for CM answer.

For any other of my pokemon that has a TM, their TMs still work normally. The problem only occurs on my Togekiss and its TM208 Twinkle Star. I have tried to reset my client and my computer but that doesn't work too.

Yea just like Sqnik i did togekiss, cloned togekiss and both had their twinkle star working (ofc it won't work if there's no wild pokemons around). If you do have problem with it even when you use it around any wild pokemon then i guess you can send me a parcel (nick Judar) with that togekiss and i will recreate it.
