Blacephalon is a nice poke,but he need a small upgrade.I think he need a better AOE then m7 Beat Up and better 1 vs 1 move than m3 Shadow ball.

He really needs a rebalance. He was one of the most wanted ultra creatures and nowadays u barely see him for pve/pvp. Actually, all ultra creatures need some improvement.

I like the idea change Beat Up to a better aoe move, cuz Mind Blow has chance like 40% to fail even that move has a good dmg, also most of times just hit 1x but its kinda ok. But, for pvp its better Will'o wisp instead Pain Split, and maybe since we already have the move Expanding Force they can add in place Stored Power and make its as passive with Calm Mind, or keep Stored Power in his moveset and add Fire Pledge/Burn Up as passive.

I agree with albu, some ultra beats have lost their significance, nowadays nobody uses kartana for example, the new moves made her insufficient for Pvp

I think replacing Beat Up with Burning Jealousy or Embargo is the best approach. This pokemon's damage is inconsistent, if you change mind blown to hit 100% of the time, that could be a good rebalance too.
