Aero have only 3 AOE in move set and 1 stun.Comparing with other pokemons that already have protect+stun and 3 AOE in moveset, it is very harmed. Since it only has space for 1 TM of attack.So i suggest put Hyper Beam to Passive and put another good AOE in moveset.

I would say rejected he already have 3 aoes as you said and he does have reflect in tm just like many different pokemons
