Rebalance for Togekiss
Hiho, small suggestion. Can you change Meditate for Wind Rage or Fairy Dreams/Geomancy (if these TMs arent in many Togekisses)? Would be much helpful against dark pokemons, yep, even Wind Rage (since will stun enemies). If you gonna accept it, then remove Fairy Blade (if u won't have so many... -

Latias and Latios
I like wish in pokemon movesets in many ways. Maybe give Tri Attack on both pokemons to passive (yes, 2 passives on these pokes, why not) and then change Tri Attack into Healing Wish (or Recovery/Barrier). -

Boxes - A suggestion
I also agree that these pokes could be in game obtainable via boxes. Sinnoh/Kalos 4 aren't so common rn, so it won't change anything actually (as Demz and Karl mentioned above).
